RAHA-100 Key features:
The RAHA-100 platform is composed of 2 main components: The Automated synthesizing platform & the 224Ra-based 212Lead generator.
The platform produces purified 212-lead in a buffer that is compatible for radiolabeling.
The production process is fully automated with built-in synthesis protocols requiring minimal to no end-user manipulation. Just click and go!
RAHA-100 is comprised of multiple 224Ra columns allowing for repeated elutions.
Produced elution volume is between 3-5 mls in sodium acetate buffer with the option of using ammonium acetate buffer as well.
Elution pH is formulated to be between 5-6
Combined yield from elution, purification, to formulation is greater than 65%
Trace metal impurities (Zn, Fe, Cu) were <0.6ppm via ICPMS.
Radionuclidic identity: 238KeV
Radionuclidic purity: >99.5% at the end of elution.
Generator shelf-life: 7 days
Automated synthesizer unit shelf-life: undefined.
RMX will service the unit within the first year of purchase with the option to continue with a service contract.
Upon purchase, RMX will setup at the end-user site.
RAHA-100 will be provided with ALL necessary consumables and plastic disposables (including synthesizing cassette)
