
Ebrahim S. Delpassand, MD

Dr. Ebrahim S. Delpassand is a board-certified nuclear medicine physician with extensive experience in oncology. He served as Deputy Chair and Chief of Clinical Nuclear Medicine at MD Anderson Cancer Center and founded Excel Diagnostics & Nuclear Oncology Center in 2003. Dr. Delpassand is the PI and Sponsor of five current INDs and an Adjunct Professor at the Department of Radiation Oncology at University of Texas and Nuclear Medicine at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston. He also co-founded Infinity Care and Infinity Infusion Care, executing its acquisition by Curative Healthcare in 2002.

Randy Peterson, MSc., Ph.D., MBA
Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Dr. Peterson has a combined 19 yrs of experience in various business development and scientific advisory and management roles in the biopharmaceutical, cell & gene, and radiopharmaceutical fields of precision oncology. His expertise focuses on commercialization of cutting-edge therapeutics from discovery, to venture establishment, through to commercial approval and launch. Dr. Peterson’s unique strength centers upon cGMP manufacturing, process development, and Chemistry Manufacturing Controls (CMC) activities.
Dr. Peterson graduated with a Doctorate degree in Neuroscience from the Faculty of Health Sciences, Department of Medicine, McMaster University and obtained his MBA from the Goodman School of Business.

Francisco Gras, MBA, MAC
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Gras is a strategic senior financial executive with over 20 years of global experience. He leverages financial management to drive operational excellence and organizational growth, consistently achieving revenue and EBITDA targets for both emerging companies and major enterprises. Francisco has held leadership roles as CFO, VP of Finance, and Controller at organizations including Schlumberger, Atos, Geokinetics, and Axxis Geo Solutions. He earned a Master of Accounting from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and an MBA from Baylor University.

Izabela Tworowska, Ph.D, MS.Pharm
Chief Scientific Officer Co-Founder & Board Member
Dr. Tworowska is a seasoned expert in clinical pharmacy, chemistry, and oncology research, with over 25 years of experience. She has led critical efforts in the CMC and preclinical evaluation of radiotheranostic drugs, supporting four successful IND submissions, and has served as Principal Investigator on five SBIR Phase I/II awards. A recognized leader in the field, Dr. Tworowska has received international honors including the IUPAC and Sigma-Aldrich Awards, and has co-authored more than 30 peer-reviewed publications. She is an active member of the NIH/NCI study section and currently leads the AlphaMedix project at RadioMedix.
Dr. Tworowska holds an M.S.Pharm (Clinical) from the Medical University, Poland and a Ph.D. in Chemistry from the Centre of Molecular and Macromolecular Studies at the Polish Academy of Sciences, with additional research experience at J.W. Goethe University in Frankfurt, Germany and William Rice Fellowship in Biochemistry at Rice University in Houston.

Ayda Delpassand, MSRS, MSGM
Director of Business Development and Project Management
Ms. Delpassand is an experienced regulatory affairs and clinical development professional with a strong background in advancing therapies through key stages of drug development. She provides strategic and regulatory support across IND and DMF submissions, guiding critical areas such as CMC, non-clinical, clinical operations, pharmacology and drug safety including data management, biostatistics, and medical writing. Her expertise in regulatory operations ensures that submissions consistently meet FDA standards, helping to drive successful drug development programs from early phase through commercialization.
Ms. Delpassand holds dual M.S. degrees in Regulatory Science and Global Medicine from the University of Southern California, Los Angeles, and a B.S. in Biology from San Diego State University.

Sergio Silva, MBA

Mr. Silva is a seasoned Human Resources leader with over 15 years of experience driving people strategy and organizational growth across healthcare, higher education, and tech environments. He specializes in talent development, employee engagement, and HR operations, with a strong track record of transforming workplace culture and reducing turnover. Passionate about aligning HR initiatives with business goals, Sergio brings a data-driven, people-first approach to every organization he supports.
He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Communication with a minor in Human Development from the University of Houston and a Master of Business Administration from Texas Woman’s University.
