Mansour Center for Targeted Molecular Imaging and Therapy

The mission of this center is an application of state-of-art imaging technologies for preclinical characterization of new radiotracers. This new imaging facility is equipped in Micro-PET Genisys4 (Sofie BioScience), an animal PET scanner designed for studies of radiotracers in small animal models. Imaging chambers of this PET scanner keep the animal models in controlled environment and anesthetized during preparation and image acquisition. Proper animal care is ensured by monitoring their physiological processes throughout imaging. Our Center is also equipped with NuAire biosafety cabinets,  ATOM lab 500 dose calibrator and Isotemp freezer/refrigerator.

The Mansour Center is ready to serve research community to validate new PET tracers in vivo and accelerate their translational studies from bench-to-clinic.
